Not Getting Any Video's!

I have a desktop pc and I have Windows XP and using FireFox 2.0.0.3, and I click on link and it brings up a new tab and it shows on my "DSL" box that it is recieving but it makes my Browser Crash. I have also tried it with Internet Exployer, and samething.

Any ideas would greatly be appreciated.

I have the Java Plug-in

best thing to do is send an email to support (at) magnify.net, include your browser, operating system, and any other identifying features of the crash (like url or file name). Sounds like you don't have flash installed, but that would be very rare at this point, since its standard on most browsers.

Here's a link to test and see if you've got flash installed, if not, you'll need to get it.
