Every video on the first two pages gives this message:

The Troll had no touble un tell 2-3 months ago. Now no up loads? Hi life says use google video then flop it over. Hey it works for youtube!

Sorry for the recent delay in encoding uploads -- our video encoding server wedged late on Thursday, and it took us until some time on Friday to diagnose and correct the problem.
Most of the videos from this period have since been updated and posted correctly, and we'll run a batch process this weekend to re-process the remaining few from early Friday morning.

Well, what ever you did fixed more than kmots problems.
I have been unable to upload my first vid in here for a few months. aAnd now all of a sudden all is working as it should.
Of course it still doesn't explain a couple of the vids I had in the "Most viewed" category getting tanked.

I keep getting "no file received" in red letters, after about 5-10 minutes uploading. Same videos upload just fine to Google. I haven't been able to upload for almost 3 weeks.
Help !!
